In2Med hires its first intern!

In2Med is proud to announce that it is hiring its first intern, Kristina Shaw, a biological natural sciences student studying at the University of Cambridge.

Some words from Kristina?

“I‘m a natural sciences student at the University of Cambridge completing my final year specialising in biochemistry. When I’m not going to lectures and practicals I spend my time rowing, dancing salsa and cooking with friends.”

“Having watched friends struggle through the medicine application process I was excited by the opportunity to be involved with In2Med. As an intern I will be helping to put together the interview course covering all the information and practice needed for medicine interviews. I’m keen to clear up the mysteries surrounding that of a good application and ensuring that every student can go in prepared and confident.”

What do you want to get out from the internship?

“I am excited to work on a project to the end and as a consequence develop my writing skills further. I hope to apply my own experience of the interview process into a helpful and clear guide. I‘m particularly looking forward to gaining experience of working in an acclaimed and rapidly growing start up business alongside other passionate and like-minded individuals.”
